Tropical Storm Harvey dissipated as it moved over the Yucatan Peninsula, but it could redevelop and impact Texas by the weekend.

As of late Tuesday morning, the NHC has a 90 percent chance a tropical storm will form in the next 48 hours, and a 100 percent chance a storm will form in the next five days.
